[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Changed my plan without my knowledge & disconnected services | |
I am from Jaipur. I have Airtel Digital TV. Airtel agents are doing fraud for their benefits. When our balance was completed we recharged it with Rs. 600/- & not made any changes in plan. But 2 days later a call came from Airtel explaining me about some plans, I was busy in meeting so asked him to call later & disconnected. But now our DTH is not working & customer care is telling that balance is negetive. I don't understand how my balance came to -53.97/- in just one week. Customer care says that our plan is changed thats why it came to negetive balance. So their should be proper check on the agents who are doing such practices. Was this information helpful? | |

Airtel — digital tv service disconnect by agent
my digital tv connection yesterday disconnect by their agent by pretant best services but he don`t turn up . Now I can`t see tv due to disconnection. I request to customer care but no responding. First I want to re-connection and to action against untrained agents. Please request! disagree
