Airtel Digital TV — Invisibility of channels | |
Sir, I have airtel digital TV set top box . But there is a problem from last 4 months that unvisibility of channels like star maza,mi marathi,zoom,9x,star channels,etc. I have complainted to customer service numbers, but still action not taken.Hence slill i have not recharged my set top box. I was away in Europe for a few weeks and coming home I found that most channels are not viewable and the connection is breaking up all the time. I sent the HELP Sms and got a call but could not hear the person who called and when I called back did not pick up. Their call centre tells you to wait but the call drops all the time and so you cannot register your complaint. I eventually got a call from their Customer service after sending an email and they accepted that they are facing connection difficulties but after some improvement the situation is the same again. I am seriously considering changing service providers. Maurice Thomas
