Airtel Digital TV — Change of Plan without my consent | |
CUSTOMER id: [protected] I have received a message on the TV that my plan is being changed w.e.f.28.1.2010 This is being done without my consent. How can the service provider change the plan and add and remove channels without my consent. 1. The message states that my plan is being shifted to south mega plan with effect from 28.1.2010. Consequently I will receive 37 new channels including HBO and will stop receiving 17 existing channels. They are not providing any details of the channels that will be added and the channels that will be removed inspite of calling their customer care and sending repeated emails to Airtel. Is there a regulator to whom I can report complaints in the deficiency in service by Airtel ? Arun TK Was this information helpful? | |

10 days passed my issue was not solved by the technicians, so i asked for disconnection. i think indian customers have no rights for any loss of time. only they sell goods no custormer satisfaction. least bothered after sale. bhadme gaye log.
