AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — after Payment No Service
Its very Bad . very very i can say worst service provided by airtel digital tv after paying recharge money i cant see any chanel on tv. I asked number of coustomer care personels like Mr. Pramod (Tech Head), Bhagyalakshmi etc, and surprisingly every body told me that it will continue within within some promised time. but unfortunately it has not reflected on my tv. now i will file complaint in consumer court and will never rcomond any body for digital tv which is not digital. I have applied for digital TV connection at my landline No.[protected] on 23.02.2010. I have deposited Rs 1750/- to the executive visited at my residence. The SFS No. is IP[protected]. Till date we have not received any response from Airtel. Kindly look into the matter and expedite the connection solved.

Sorry Story is going on...i called the all the numbers given by you. Explained my story, some are ready to hear the story and some are without hearing the case forwarding to someone. I don't understood what is this?
I called Mr. Saji R Nair. First he told me to call the call centre .second he given a number and told me that he is not the concern person .you can call the office and inform the case.
I called to that number (office) several times .No one is responds to that calls.
Again you gave me another number of Airtel Representative .I talked to him .he patiently heard my case and he also give another number ...I tired to call that number.
No response ...actually it ringing......
I tired to call your call centre ......IVR system will tell you to press this and that .After long time of holding and hearing your ads, it will cut the line without transferring the call to call agents (concerned person)
To get this service today I made more than 30 calls to your colleagues and to call centre .Still there is nothing happen...........
