I'm from Delhi and a new user of Airteldigital TV and was very excited. However, i realized that the length of the connecting wire was short. I call on one of the company engineer, Mr.Ravi([protected]) to rectify the problem. He requested me to make a complain first at the customer call helpline. For the last 4 days, i have been calling the customer care executive. Instead of trying to understand my issue, they are more interested in discussing about hows & whats. Then they make me hold the line for 3 to 4 minutes but without effect. They politely promise to rectify the issue but haven't taken any action so far. I believe that if a little extra effort is taken, the problem can be tackled in no time. What i don't understand is the politeness of the CCE which is unimpressive unless they give genuine attention to desperate customers. I trust that your company will keep my trust in your company intact by rectifying the problem at the earliest.
