Airtel Digital TV DTH — Poor Service / Disconnection | |||
Ost October 2010, my subscription for the Airtel Digital TV [protected] expired and due to poor service/ poor picture quality, i decided not to renew the subscription. From that onwards, I am getting 4 phone calls + 4 SMS pleading for renewal and I have categorically mentioned about my disinterest in the Airtel DTH. During Feb 2011, I lodged a complaint in this forum for closing the account and after that the nuisance from Airtel increased as one poor fellow pleaded that set up box needs to be taken back and wanted my appointment. Since then ask me to wait in the home and do not turn up and the fun was going on. For the last one month, the number of calls increased and absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of a corporate company who is not taking back the set up box and creating nuisance to a customer. Now I am consulting my lawyer about the next steps as they made me wait in the home for the last three weeks and did not turn up for set up box recovery. Does it take more than 5 months to take the set up box back? Originally, when I moved to Airtel the local cable wala was far more gentle than Airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
