[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV DTH — Worst customer service, cheating | |||
Cheating experience from Airtel Digital TV and Pathetic customer service(CSC) from Airtel. My customer ID ends with 196. I was in south value pack and seen an interesting offer in their log in that if subscribed annually I'd get for 1700/- and odd the south sports economy pack. Once I recharged and tried to change the plan it didn't happen. Afterwards when I called the CSC they told the plan has got changed but not updated in website. If that was the reason the recharge also shouldn't have got happened. They make sure to recharge with some offer but when you try to subscribe to the plan they change the offer. Looks that is not enough for them. Their CSC is pathetic, You will never be able to reach them as either it won't reach or after waiting for 20-30mins they will cut the call if you are asking some basic queries like why the channel is not coming. In my case the annual subscription mentioned I'd get all sports channels till 14th November I was getting star cricket, espn star sports. Today they have stopped all of them inspite I am in an annual subscription. When I asked CSC they say the company has stopped from yesterday. My sincere request to all who read this is, please don't ever subscribe Airtel digital TV and it will be like you are buying for a cost a can of issues. Was this information helpful? | |||
