Airtel Digital TV — My STB was suspended

Address:Namakkal, Tamil Nadu

Requested sir,
Im Rameshkumar from namakkal, My Airtel Digital TV is now suspended. My customer id:[protected]. I want to know the reason for suspension. My account balance is Rs.144.42. But day by day my balance is decreasing on suspend mode. current balance-135.00 Rs.But my TV is not active for 5 days
