[Resolved] Airtel - Digital TV — Payment not done | |||
I used Airtel DIgital TV for one year,now from last two months i am not using this.so i got call from Airtel customer care and asked me about recharge,i said i don't want to use airtel digital tv,so they said if i return my Setup box they will return 1500 rs for me,i said ok for that .their agent came took my setup box,he said he will get money within two days.i didnt get any response from that agent or airtel.i call them and asked about that 5 times upto now they said they will send agent ,still now i didn't received my amount.
