[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Poor Airtel Service( Upgrading Standard Set Top Box to HD) | |||
Respected Sir, I am a customer of Air Tel Digital TV. Day before yesterday I just upgraded my standard setup box to HD+ set up box. Yesterday after noon some technicians came and installed it and gave me the assurance that the system will be activated within 1 to 2 hours. But its almost 26 hrs and the system is not yet activated. During this period, minimum 5 times I have called to the technician and each time there is one reply.”Just wait for 10 mins”.and around four times I have called to customer care people and every time there is also same response “Wait for 20 mins”. And one customer care person told …sir please wait am talking to my senior and they will calling you back .But no calls from them as of now. And the last customer care person told it will take max 48 hours…I do not understand what is the real problem. If there are some problems in the server or somewhere then just give me the clear picture instead of telling different statements in each call. This is seriously frustrating. If you tell me the real thing ,at least I could concentrate on other works instead of watching my setup box and tv like an owl. Please help me. AirTel — DTH HD poor service
Hi,My customer number is [protected]. For the past 5 days i'm getting ERROR CODE 14 so could not watch TV. I gave complaint to call centre everyday, they say somebody will come today to fix the issue but nobody turned until this day. But after few hours of filling complaint a message comes automatically as "Issue is resolved, call "[protected]" if not" . When I call that number most of the time he didnot pick the call, atlost oneday he picked the call and gave another useless mobile number "[protected]", this number nobody picks.
Please resolve this issue otherwise refund whatever my money i have in my DTH account. So I will go to someother DTH services. You have worst customer service, I wonder how you can increase your subscriber with this customer service.
