This is very fustrating that;last 15 days i am following you guys for Airtel digital settop box installation and activation.Still only installation is done and nobody seems accountable for service activation;what is the use of only installation.
So requesting to please remove my installation and give my money;else I will put up this case tomorrow to consumer court.
Airtel fault is how they redirected my installation request on their site to Vriti infocom;whose service is worst and infact they are fraud.
I have the payment receipt with me.
I am requesting airtel for immediate action for below details:-

AirTel — No Activation after payment of money

I have a Airtel post paid mobile connection in Bangalore, India.
They disconnected outgoing facility, when the bill exceeded the credit limit. Even after paying the money, the connection was not restored and the call center people say that they are not able to get the status due to system maintenance. This happened for 3 days continuously.

They were swift to disconnect it, but lethargic to reconnect the same, after payment of money. They promised that it will be done in 4 hours, but even after 36 hours after paying the money, nothing happens.
All hollow claims of customer service and customer satisfaction!!

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — no channels even after paying money

i had purchased a airtel digital tv connection during diwali with 5 months free subscription. from 27th november the channels for the same have been discontinued by them. Even after lodging numerous complaints they are saying we will do it & they give next day's time.When they want money for the subscription they discontinue our services then what should a consumer do when after paying money we don't get services. I had never expected Airtel to stoop so low.
We have applied for the PRI linens in Noida Sec 63. After making the payments and reciving lots of false commitments now we came to knw that there are no lines in this sector. Its a complete fraud. Please Help.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — IN COMPLETE ACTIVATION

I got non conformity openion about Airtel Digital TV Perks offered on my account . Before placing the order , I have clearly confirmed about channels that are being offered. But after installation on 11/08/2010 , and activation the channels which o prefferred in devotionals not got activated despite being no of follow ups. My Customer ID : [protected]. I have opted for GOD TV to my account. But as of now no response and customer care executives irritating me. I wan disconnect and go for Local cable operator where i get all channels for 150rs.

Airtel DTH Pune — Paid amount but no installation

Hi,
I requested for new connection from customer care, and also paid the amout through mobile banking by credit card (IVR).My transation id is 14727278. At that time customer care executive told me, I will get the customer id and installation within 48 hours. Now its more than 3 days, but yet neither I received any SMS from installation department nor any phone. And also there is no direct contact point to talk to installation department. I calles customer care executive more than 10 time. Each time every executive telling that " we are forwarding your request to installation department they will contact you in one to two hours". But its not going to happen. No one will call. And all customer executive are dumb. I dont know on which basis they got job there. They dont have any sense to understand the customer problem.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Non activation

I, Sh. Uma Kanta Saha purchased one Airtel digital TV STB and accessories on 31/07/2011 at Mohanbari, Assam. Same not activated so far.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — NO INSTALLATION AFTER RECEIVING MONEY

BASED ON AITEL CAMPAIGN OG RS 250 OFF, I PAIG RS 6400/- TO VRITI INFOCOM ON 28TH OF AUG , THEY PROMISED ME TO INSTALL CONNECTION ON 29TH IF I PAY BT CASH WHICH I PAID , TILL NOW NO ONE HAS CONACTED ME , WHEN I CONTACTED THE GIVEN NUMBER NO ONE IS GIVING ANY CONCRETE ANSWERE ABOUT INSALLATION. I DO NOT KNOW NOW HOW TO CONTACT THEM AND RECOVER MY MONEY.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — No Activation After Installation

I bought airtel digitalTV connection on 3rd July 2012. The Set Top Box was installed in my house on 7th July 2012 but the channels are not yet activated. When I booked the airtel digitalTV connection I was told that I will be getting a one month package free but the package is not yet activated. When I called the customer care today morning to ask them the procedure for cancellation of the device they told me that there is no cancellation department and I have to mail to their email id [protected]@airtel.in.com I have not yet received any relplies from them. I have been calling the airteldigitalTV customer care and the dealer, who installed the set top box in my house, from saturday afternoon. The only reply I get from them is that it will be activated in 2 hours. More than 42 hours have passed but the connection is not yet activated.
