[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV Recorder — Repeated Display of NEGATIVE ACCOUNT balance despite of having recharge for Rs 3030 | |||
Sir/Madam 1) I bought a Airtel Digital TV with Recorder on June 11th 2010 with one month free subscription. Paid Rs 5000 for the recorder. My Customer ID is [protected] 2) On July 9th 2010 I paid Rs 3030/- for South Mega pack one year subscription. My subscription expires on July 11th 2011 only 3) Eventhough I paid one year subscription in advance I am getting the following message in every 12 to 17 minutes. "My account balance is negative please recharge and if already recharged please ignore" . I can't watch a single program without this message. Sometimes the message appears again if I change the channel. 4. I called the Airtel Dth Customer service (12150) many many times in the last six months to resolve the issue. I got few reference numbers [protected], 10644080...Most of the time the customer service person is not giving reference numbers They are saying just LIVE THIS message. This kind of message being displayed everyday reflects very poorly on the companies image, it becomes a cause of embarrassment if viewing TV with the guests and also is a major irritant. 5. Now a days customer service is disconnecting my phone after couple of minutes. After paying 8030Rs in advance I am getting this poor service from a public service company. 6.
