Airtel Digitel TV — NON FUNCTIONING OF AIRTEL DIGITEL HD RECORDER | |||
RESPECTED SIR, I HAVE JUST YESTERDAY REPLACED MY OLD AIRTEL DIGITEL SETUP BOX WITH A NEW AIRTEL DIGITEL HD RECORDER. BUT THE MAIN REASONS WHICH WERE THE RECORDING FUNCTION AND THE HD CHANNELS THAT ARE ONLY NOT WORKING. I AM NOW FED UP OF CALLING THE AIRTEL SERVICE STATION BUT NO RESPONSE COMES FROM THEM.AS I KNOW THE RECORDING FUNCTION IS STARTED AS SOON AS THE SET UP BOX IS INSTALLED BUT STILL I THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD BE STARTED IN 1 HOUR BUT NO NOTHING HAPPENED I STILL WAITED FOR SOME MORE TIME BUT NO NOTHING.TILL NOW NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.I THEN CALLED THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CHECK AND SAY BUT I RECIEVED NO CALL.TODAY TOO WHEN I CALLED AIRTEL FIRSTLY FORSOME FIVE TO SIX TIMES NO ONE PICKED UP THE CALL THEN WHEN AFTER SOME TIME SOME ONE PICKED UP THE CALL AND I TOLD MY PROBLEM THE PERSON OVER THERE TOLD ME THAT HE JUST CHECK IT NOW AND CALL ME SOON BUT TILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECIEVED A CALL FROM AIRTEL.WHATS WRONG?WHEN WILL THE RECORDING FUNCTION START AND THE HD CHANNELS TOO.PLEASE SAY ME SOON.
