Airtel — disconnect the phone after payment.

Respected Sirs,

My airtel Broadband Connection no.[protected]. I deposit an amount of re. 3300.00 against Receipt no. 10685 dt. 1-1-2011 PNS Telecom. But they disconnect my connection due to non payment. now they neglect this receipt & PNS telecom says our executive make fraud & we not liable for this receipt. we face problem & please guide me what i do. how i believe at any person at any co. before this i do payment many times to that executive.

you are requested please solve my problem.

Airtel — Phone Disconnected after payment

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring it to your kind concern that my Shops telephone number is[protected]. Although I have already paid my due bill amounting to Rupees 700, Receipt number 422473 collected as on[protected]. But my phone was disconnected on[protected] after my payment. And when I filed a complaint in Airtel office complaint number 13499920 no action was taken.

I humbly request you to please take strict action as soon as possible as i am gaining a huge loss as my shops number is disconnected.

I am Sanjay Kumar Howladar, a prepaid customer, airtel no. is [protected]. Every time I see that Rs. 5 to 10 shows less when I checked balance. I never activate anything from the no. In spite of that 2 or 3 times my balanced was cut and when I called to Customer care, they said you active it. This is not fair. Please do the needful. i need my balance. Thank you.

If your receipt is on Airtel Pad with valid stamp, you can file a complaint under Consumer Protection Act.
