[Resolved] Airtel — disconnection of the Sim number | |||
Dear Sir, Sub:My Sim number # [protected] I have Sent 2 emails to Airtel regards to the Disconnection of my Sim number # [protected] I would like to make a complain against Airtel telcommunication for failing to update me pririor to disconnection of my Sim #[protected] and they have completely ignored my 2 emails Dated April 25th and Resent on Apil 28th, Kindly help me resolve this matter.Thanks. April 28th,2012 Pls note my Name is Kishore Kherajani and yesterday I have returned back to Mumbai India from my overseas visit, After arriving at Mumbai I hv found one of my Sim number # [protected] has been blocked after my visit to your Airtel Gallery @ Ram Maruti Road Branch, Airtel staff at Gallery informed me this number has been blocked, then I had Tel conversation with Ms.Jayna Staff of Airtel Gallery according to her this number has been Permanently disconnected on the March 21st and Recycled and allotted to another person on April 21st, Ms.Smita I have 2 numbers under my name and both numbers were used last on the Dec 23rd 2011 before leaving out of India I don't understand policy of your company ( Airtel ) You all have disconnected one number just because of the number not being in use fr more then 3 months but I want to understand why my other number is not being disconnected which I had used last on the same date Dec 23rd ??? Pls kindly note I have been using this number for more then 6 to 7 years and I had my balance amount in my number I would like to request you to give me back my number with balance else I will make a official complain to TRY, Kindly advise me with ur comments in return by tomorrow morning, Thanks / Regards. kindly note recently i visited munbai for 2 days and i found my Sim number # [protected] has been aloted illegaly to some other subscriber without solving my complain.
i need your help to settle this issue as soon as possibhle.
