Airtel — discrepancy in the details/info from Airtel for broadband connection | |||
I had requested for "broadband connection shift" to my new house, for which I got the info from Airtel saying "there is no provision for shift, so they will have to disconnect", and its successfully disconnected. There were lots of calls from Airtel, and I was even told that there is no due amount that I will have to pay, after 3 months, now they come back to me and say there is a months rental balance from my end.... And they ask for some reference number, is it my problem....!!!! Why cant Airtel provide right information?? different Airtel engineers/cust support engg will give different information. Dont we have any work other than wasting time in such nonsense? I have asked several times, if there is any due amount and have got confirmation for "NO DUES".... Check things at right time, and give customers right information.... I have been paying my rental at right time, and have been airtel customer for a long time, not just broadband, but DTH and also mobile...., this kind of annoying stuff does irritate.... -Rashmi Was this information helpful? | |||

cant be wasting more time is calling customer care, have already wasted enough time on that.
