i am facing recharge problem of my Airtel dish TV, which is with one year plan of 2600 rupees.After one week my service is stoped.My customer ID is [protected].My first complaint number was 825160.i didnt got any solution but from airtel side this complaint was closed.i put secong complaint & number was 826676, i didnt got any type of solution, then also this complaint is closed from airtel side.i already given mobile number of engg.who atend this installation i.e [protected](avinash chauhan).i contact on [protected], prashant suryvanshi([protected]), he told me we will give standby setup.but still i didnt get still now.Is this type of service Airtel are providing to customer?for each & every time i am calling from my mobile, but no responce from Airtel side.each time i get different reasons.now its completed 7 days but still my service is not resume.I was put mail on Airtel on mail on 11 july 09 but i didnt get any responce still.i want urgent base action on this issue.
