[Resolved] Airtel Dish TV — Not responding to complaint | |||
My Airtel Disc TV is not Working from last month due to some signal problem, so i give complain to their customers care on[protected] and my customer request no 8315217 after few days i got a message that your problem remain unresolved second time i gave complain on[protected] and my customer request no 8434969 similarly on[protected] customer request no 8454483 and the result is same. After 2 weak they send the engineer but they also could not solve the problem. So, i am helpless and i don't know what to do next please help me to solve my problem. I will be grateful to you if you take this matter into your consideration and do the needful at the earliest. I, M.L.Agarwal, Flat no. 10, Agarwal Apartment, Near D.G.Khan School, Palwal (Haryana) am your valuable disc tv subscriber last 2 years, I never fill any difficulty from your end. I had change my plan in past, and did not fill any problem.
Recently I want to add another channel Namely TOPPERS at Chennel No. 345 on dated 19.06.2011. Your Customer Executive, who received my request to add this channel, promised to start this channel within half an hour but in vain till today. This site (NO. 345) occurred ERROR SM1, as well as on the channel no. 999. While other all channels are functioning well. I made a lot of complaints minimum 10 to 15 time within this period. but no result. All of your executives directed to me that I disconnect the STB, and restart every time I do it but result was zero.
From 19.06.2011 (when I take a mistake (?) to add this channel) to this time, only a customer care executive, Ms Shikha took this problem seriously. today she attended and assured to solved this problem within hours, and lodged my complaint, vide REQUEST NO. 9266719, Happy n. 313. Consequently, I received a call from a phone no.[protected] at 9.49 AM. Called person demanded some charges while your customer care executive Ms Shikha said there would be no charges for the same due to error occurred as SM 1.
I again moved to your customer care. This time Mr. Priyank attended. He also assured to solve the problem, also told me that if massage received SM 1, there will be no charge will be paid by customer. Engineer/s will be attended soon.
Now I am waiting, and waiting…………………… when will be end this problem.
But ii is clear that during these days I felt negative regarding your services. It will be cause to move another DTH services. This is only one example, there will be a lot of subscribers feel like myself.
If there will be no possibilities to solve the problem, please return my charges, those are charged by you against this TOPPERS channel at no. 345. I will see another DTH service for the same.
