sir mere month me 7-8 activation hote hai .but distributer kehta hai kI humare dwara ki hue FRC 78 KE sim bhecho jo hume 60rs ke deta hai.agar maine is bare mai kuch kha to unhone bola jha chahe complain kar do.
mere jis area mai shop hai wha par net ki FRC wale sim kam sell hote hai month me only 1-2 sim sell hote hai.agar me unse 78 ki frc ke sim le leta hu to woh exire ho jate hai.maine iski comlain apne TSM se ki jiska number hai [protected] jinhone mujhse kha ki agr aap humari FRC KE SIM NI BHECHONGE TO hum aki lau me recharge nahi karenge aaki flexy band kar denge uske baad maie yeh baat ane area ke ZSM Mr Laal Mani ji Mob No - [protected] se ki unhone bhi is aur ko action nahi liya sir me Airtel ki flexy 7 year se chala raha hu fir bhi mere koi help nahi kar raha hai aur 1 month se mere flexy me koi balance nahi dal raha hai mere area ke sare coustomer ko isliye balance ki wajah se bahut dikkat ho rahi hai.aap mere hel kar dijiye kyoki mere area ka jo distributer hai weh Khatauli (Muzaffarnagar) ka hai aur uska jo office hai Weh khatauli me na ho kar Bhood Village me hai Jha par jane me hum sb retailer ko bahut dikkat hoti hai aap kripya karke humare area ka distributer change kara dijiye.

I was one of the channel partner from Hyderabad, Lot of ### projecting themselves as airtel management mainly (Arken Roy and Anshuman) are spoiling the brand image of Airtel, They are forcing the CP's to purchase dialer connections only from Deepija and EKYC devices from only from a particular service provider this could unnecessary incur lot of expenses to CPs.

Inspite holding 4 months of my commission payout and the security deposits( Around 6 Lakhs) I worked hard to sustain in market, but there is a Zero support from these guys on the 30 seater centers. They just run behind 60 seater centers and support them a lot, Even though you give 300 activations per month with this 30 Tc's. Seems lot of fradulants and showing arrogancy to the CPs if you point out any.

I request Airtel management to look into this matter and take an action on this please
