[Resolved] Airtel — Bhakti TV not coming in Airtel DTH | |||
Hi, I am Mani Kanta(Customer Code: [protected]) and i took Airtel DTH one and half month ago. Everything was well until Airtel removed Bhakti TV from the channels which disappointed my parents a lot. I purchased the connection for one year and when i called the customer service for either including Bhakti TV back or giving full refund. I did not get any satisfying answer for any of the questions. I am repenting now for opting Airtel DTH. I want my money back or Bhakti TV....what do i do? Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi,
I have made a complaint related to add 3 channels to my package.
534, 536 and 698.
and i have called more than 10 times regarding this.
whenever i called customer care, they are telling that to add these channels it is requird to change the dish alignment and the engineer visit your place within 4 hoiurs or within 24 hours.
but nothing has been done till now. i am getting Error: SM1
please confirm me whether it is possible to add those channels or not.
for Bhakti (698) channel, already my account has been debited but, i am not getting that channel.

Moreover for the past 35 Days for the Query raised by one of customer Mani Kanta(Customer Code: [protected]) if you don't take any Action then it shows your service part towords the customer
