[Resolved] Airtel DTH HD DVR — Signal Strength Problem | |||
Hi, My installation was done with HD DVR on 16th September. The video output for my LCD was not crystal clear. The signal Strength showed 40. I called customer care and got to know that signal strength should be at least 70. Then I registered a complaint with them. A new engineer visits my place and he said nothing more could be done for it and lefts the place. I am still suffering with the issue with less clarity as well as by comparing with signal strengths with another Airtel setup box located in floor below to mine. I was then suggested the landline no of Mr Pritam Negi by customer care. But I am unable to connect him. I have already suffered an another issue from Airtel DTH where I made an payment of different plan but I was enabled for different plan. It was rectified after tracking 3 days. It’s really frustrating for me when even a week didn’t pass and I have faced so many issues.
