[Resolved] Airtel / DTH — Bad customer service | |||
I'm being using the Airtel connection for past 6 -8 months, a week back i faced a Error code 2 problem. Unaware of the problem called up the customer care, despite multiple calls and complaints the issue still remains open. The height was today when despite a 3:30pm schedule visit to rectify, the engineer just did not call or make the visit and the complain is still open at 11:30 in the night while i write the complain. I also want to mention about a cell phone number that is circulated along with the complaint message sent on mobile - The number is [protected] and is always switched off 24x7.
