[Resolved] Airtel DTH Service — The Worst Service i have ever Seen | |||
Hi, I purchased airtel DTH high definition in october and had problem with installation issue and i submitted that complain to you website. The customer id i received is [protected] for my HD connection. Since i got theis service there is ongoing video problem and screen blackout issues. I made several complaints in last few onths and intially the technician came and checked but could not find anything. Later he also changed the STB but that deterorated the problem. Now i have more issues than before. Video freezes linger then before and more frequently picture disappears. I called up customer services countless times. But no body listens. I also then spoke to atleasst 6 supervisors last week and everybody promised that issue will be resolved by today, tommorrow, in 4 hrs etc. They also kept promising that they will call me to follow up whether issue is resolved or not. But they are not willing fix the problem. When i contacted the last tech who changedthe box he said i need to get dish migrated to another sattelite. Again i called up for the same and add more HD channels recently added to artel. Everybody said the it will be done in 24 hrs 48 hrs. they said to get new channels i have to get my dish to located to another satellite. But these earless people didnt listen. I tried to call DTH nodal officer haryana, but that bloody nodal office never oicks up the fone, or call gets routed to customer services. What the hell is this. Then i tried tos end amil to nodal officer, dth customer service and airtel presence mails id. and some came to shake only dish. He said i will have to migrate my dish to another satelite and i will have to pay 500 rupees for that. When i denied to pay he just left. When i turned my TV on , i found most of the current channels are gone. I immediately called the visinting technician, who refused to come back to restore my services atleast where it was. I also called his boss, the service centre owner in gurgaon and he is also not picking the fone. I tried to call every damn person or sources to resolve but airtel is charging 10 rupees on a daily basis but i am not able to see98% of the channels. Onlyvery few free to air channels are coming. Please help. i want to shoot these good for nothing people who are cheating. Was this information helpful? | |||
