[Resolved]  Airtel / DTH — WRONG SERVICE PROVIDED BY AIRTEL DTH

Dear Sir

I am Nitin . We have applied for Freedom Pack with AIRTEL DTH . Our customer ID is - [protected]. We applied for this service in October 12 .Our connection was installed on 27/10/12 .We have paid annual subscription of Rs 3290 that was being asked by AIRTEL and we have confirmatory message from them for the same .On 10/01/13 our connection was cut by AIRTEL .We have called their call centre to know the reason . As per them AIRTEL has installed HD pack instead of freedom pack on our TV without our knowledge Rs 3290 is being consumed by January. Now AIRTEL is asking us for more money to get the connection resumed and to continue the service. We have been requesting to reinstall our connection but they are asking for payment .They have been harassing us since last 2 weeks and are behaving very rudely and is unprofessional manner. I am requesting them to change the set top box and let me avail the services till the date till I have paid for but they are constantly demanding more money . I have written several mails to them , talked at their Toll Free no , but of no use . I am not getting any support nor any feedback for my complaint

AirTel — Regarding service provided by them

I am the customer of the prepaid airtel from more than two years. Firstly I
got very sincere service from it but around 6-7 months past it become
very dull. There are more call drops in the service and most of the
time I talk with the customer care service but they are not given me
the satisfying answer. And one of executive Mr. Pramode is just
talking so rudely and disconnecting my call. And after than he never
picks my call. Most of the time there executive is just kept on the
hold and disconnecting after some time. i have facing lots of problem
with there call dropping and when i talk regarding that they are
replying the problem is of your handset but even after changing the
handset it is not solving and they are not clearing it sometime
thought that to through the sim but now it won't possible because now
my number is spreading allover and it will creating lots of problem
but airtel don't concerned about that they have to make and spreading
business by getting new customer they don't have to take care of
existing one ...
I am not only one person who have this same problem there are lots of
person who facing the same problem... I am very much frusteted withs the network service sometimes...
hi i want to deactivate my cid_b4p services i dont know how it got activated and i am not using these services then too my Rs.7 gets deducted every week.I have launched complaints about 7 to 8 times but then too no action is taken.Kindly deactivate these services for my number.My cell no. is [protected]

Airtel — DTH-Wrong setup box

Hi ,
recently i bought a sony bravio (KLV-32CX420) television with free airtel digital TV [HD] connection with 3 months of subscription. When I asked them for a airtel DVR (recorder),they have advised me to recharge my account for 2,000 rs which i have done. Next day i called up the customer care to setup a date for installation, which they have agreed on May 17 2011 along with HD DVR. But the guy just gave us normal HD setup box instead of HD DVR. Regarding this mistake i have called up customer care 12150 numerous times, but each time they tell me that back end team will call me back which does not happen. please look into it.
