airtel has deduct my main account balance of rs 30 in 2 times without giving any imformation .

From last week i've been getting this message from Airtel saying that full track subscription has been renewed and you are charged Rs.5. i have not subscribed for any offer forget even renewing it. I did try calling customer care but it was of no use.Airtel provides the worst customer care service and i even tried stopping the Full track service for which i got a reply saying it'll be processed within four hours but its been 24 hours and no action has been taken. Kindly stop deducting amount when we dont subscribe for it.
My number is [protected] and I recharged my SMS coupon RS.77/- on[protected] at 8:41 pm Trans ID [protected], though I have recharged my mobile, Airtel is deducting my balance whenever i send SMS, can I know whats the point in recharging my SMS card when my balance is getting reduced everyday.Kindly look into the matter and STOP DEDUCTING MY BALANCE and take an action into it ASAP.

above mentioned sim company has continuesly charging money from my mobile with out reason . after reduction of money they will send message about any activation of service which are not been activated by the user. though data plan is their they will charge for usage of internet and they will say it is charged for activation of value added service when we called to customer care . and they will not stop it even we made complaints . so please help me sir
