[Resolved]  Airtel — Dumping of value added service without consent

On December 8, 2012 the service provider "Airtel" has deducted money from my prepaid account by dumping services like "Mobile internet", "Hello tunes" without my consent. I want the injustice meted out to me be thoroughly investigated & fine the service provider for the blackmailing tactics. Make him pay compensation to the customer for the breach of trust.

Bharti Airtel — Start value added service

Dear Sir,
This happened to me third time that a value added service is started on my number,this number is used by my Maa,and she dont know how to start or stop any service,and every time i was assured by airtel executive that this will not happen again,but it happen everytime,and today i was not at all satisfied by the way they talk,it was full of arrogance,and even they said if it ll happen again you will be responsible for that.It was really very disturbing,i will like to launch complain more for mental harassment rather then finacial harassment.
