[Resolved] Airtel — Extra charge in bill | |||
I am an Airtel User and have been Airtel Postpaid connection since last two years. Recently I checked my bill and found that the extra charge is being taken form me for some months. I talked to customer Care Service in Airtel but they replied that your Scheme/Plan(seeing that I purchased Airtel Service) has been finished. Without prior information How could they stop the plan and now they are adding late fee also in my bill despite of their mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||
