Airtel — failed transaction amount not refunded | |||
I am an Airtel prepaid customer, my number is [protected]. I recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile on 19th jun, 2013 with an amount of Rs. 110 from the Airtel website https://pay.airtel.com/onlinepayments/prepaid-mobile-recharge.jsp . After the payment, the final page said recharge of your mobile could not be processed due to technical reason , but my credit card account got debited.The transaction id is 375346 .I want my money to be refunded ASAP. AirTel — not refund amount
Sir,That mobile service providers is somoot accativeted Yoga Baba Ramdev Pack and Deduct Rs. 10/- per day hence I compliant to Airtel on 4/10/2010 and before this date two – three time, then customer cair executive told me that Raba Ramdev pack is activate on our fault and we refund deduct amount and stop said pack but on 5/102010 I received one massage that said pack has been stopped but Airtel not refund deduct amount plies help me.
