Dear Sir,
We have asked for cancellation of fixedline [protected] on 14/2/2011. The same has not been cancelled till now.
We have been getting the calls from the service provider on daily basis for bill payments. We even told them we shall clear the bills for all the call charges only & not monthly rentals as we have asked for cancellation three months back. The customer care have agreed for settlements of bills minus rentals.
But again today they have asked for bill payments in which they have included the rentals.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest. It has become a torture to us from the service provider as we are getting the calls on regular basis daily & the problem is still unresolved.
I hope that consumer forum will look into the matter & will provide the solution for us.

As per my latest discussions with you, the case is still pending.Please do the needful as I want to get rid of this connection. I am alos thinking to cancel all my six airtel mobile connections due to extremely poor service & there is no commitment with the customer.
