[Resolved] Airtel Fixed Line — non refund of money | |||
I am struggling to get a refund of Rs.2404 from Airtel which was paid online to a wrong fixed line number. I then subsequently made a payment of the same amount to a correct account number. I am following up with them constantly by calling. There is absolutely no resolution. I have also sent them the copy of my back statement which shows the credit to airtel twice.
