this is the third time i am filing this complaint. i filed the complaint against the unnecessarily charges charged for zapak and big flix .i.e. RS 378-. we won't pay the bill till you send the correct bill without these charges put. these charges were charged in the bill resent by you. so kindly send another bill without these charges put as soon as possible. or else you can cut our airtel fixed landline and internet but we won't pay for these wrongly charges put in our bill. there are unnecessarily charges charged for zapak (RS.149/-) and for big flix (RS. 229/-)......for which we didn't subscribe even..so kindly remove these charges and send a new bill at our place....please cancel this unncessarily charged amount of RS.378/- as soon as possible....OR ELSE WE'LL NOT PAY THE BILL....

we have filed ur complaint on 12th june (8 days ago) and haven't got any reply yet regarding the unnecessarily charges charged for zapak (RS.149/-) and for big flix (RS. 229/-)......for which we didn't subscribe even..so kindly remove these charges and send a new bill at our place....please cancel this unncessarily charged amount of RS.378/- as soon as possible....OR ELSE WE'LL NOT PAY THE BILL....
