We also exprienced from last month that some add on plans are getting added to the bill even after placing a disconnect request.The charges get automatically added to the bill. I have already logged complaint twice to deactivate add on packs on phone. But these charges get added in every month's bill.

I called up customer care and told the problem, i even said that i can produce proof that I was away so I could not have made a call from the landline.Every logic fell into deaf ears, no one was cooperative from Airtel side, they kept of insisting the the bill is okay and I might have given the house key to someone who actually used it. More problem, the ghostly calls kept occurring even after I came back from vacation.
The only option remaining for me now is to stick to my principles and dont pay them and take the matter to consumer court or meekly submitting to their fraud.
I chose the first option! the story goes on ...
