[Resolved] Airtel — Fraudulent debiting of prepaid balance | |||
Its been over 2 months since Airtel decided to charge me for not using data. I get random server messages every now and then informing of a debit from my prepaid balance. the amount varies from 10p to 1 rupee. Its a pain to even get through their call centre and and when I did get through, I was put on hold, given random explanation and finally disconnected from the call. In total they may have deducted 200-300 rupees from my account in this way over the past few months but with economies of scale , they must be making a few hundred crores each month this way. Not many people really bother about such small amounts let alone pursue the complaint. Airtel — DEBITING PREPAID FRAUD
airtel has started a big fraud on pre -paid mobile subscribers. For the second time it has debited my a/c for hello tune without my request. Last time they refunded the money . this time i dont know what they will do. They have started another racket. . For getting on to their executive they make you wait foe long period thus adding to your bill as the call is not toll free. I paid R$s 10 for trying to speak to the so called executive
