Airtel — Fraudulently Billed INR 99 to my Airtel postpaid number [protected] for some video that i had not downloaded

On September 3, 2013 morning, i got a message from airtel saying " Thanks for downloading Video from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99.0." I had not made any such download. I immediately contacted the customer care . I was informed that i would have to wait till the next bill is generated. If an amount of INR 99 shows up in my bill then that amount would be waived off. Now, i have got my bill and rupees 99 is reflecting there, so i alled up airtel Hi,

Now, i have got my bill and rupees 99 is reflecting there, so i called up airtel customer service only to be told that i have made the download and I'll have to pay up. To let you know, I have not been sent any download link by airtel either. This looks like a pure case of fraud. Later the customer care executive asked me to pay 99 rupees less on my bill and that the same would be reflected in the next bill. Can i trust you to keep your word, Airtel? Or maybe i should change to a better service provider and inform TRAI on behalf of myself and the other sufferers of your fraudulent ways?
