[Resolved] Airtel — Full Talk Time not received even after more than a week | |
I received an offer of FTT (Full Talk Time) of Rs. 200 on 12th of August. I got the recharge done on the same day, I instantaneously received talk time of Rs. 175. I called the costumer care after 2 days regarding not receiving the remaining talk time. He filed a complaint (CBNRA[protected])and asked me to attend a call that I will receive on 18th of August at 4 PM. I received a SMS regarding the same on 17th that they have added the remaining balance ,which I did not receive. I called them about it again and they tried to ignore me by saying that they haven't received my documents of activation even though I have been using the SIM for past 6 months.
I called them again on 23rd and they bluntly said that I won't receive the remaining balance now . I was taken aback of the rudeness of that particular customer care executive.
It isn't about the money it is about how ignorant Airtel is. I would ask their team to look into it .
