[Resolved] Airtel Gamesclub — Stop Automatic Renewal on mobile

I keep getting text message of automatic renewal of Airtel Games Club. They are deducting money without my authorisation. I have never joined any kind of games club in the past. I would immediately like this kind of harrasment to stop. My mobile number is [protected].

I have been getting loads of junk messages, almost around 40 in a day and automatic renewals and unwanted subscriptions without my authorisation, using up all my balance, which i didnt realise until later. When i tried to stop these messages through the Start/Stop Service, there was no result. This total abuse of customers needs to be stopped immediately.

This is really frustrating and irritating for one of the biggest air owners in India. This is not the first time a service has been activated on my mobile by itself, but this Games Club is the most irritating of all. I can pay 100 bucks for a service I choose but I cannot bear paying even a paise for which I did not ask for. It's worst when the customer care service is very poor in Himachal Pradesh when most of them doesn't speak English. If this games club issue is not resolved within 24 hrs I am applying for MNP to another carrier for which I am not alone and I have a bunch of Juniors who are ready to MNP or whatever with me.
