Airtel — help desk is so bad service

I m dev chauhan,[protected]. on my mob. no. wiyhout any intimation they activeted services like metromony, cricket pack. When i calling 121. they r only doing formlty like yes sir sorry for inconvinous now i m this service pack turn into deactiveted and when isk him abt service pack how they r activeted on my no. they told me that sorry sir it never happen again.
All i writing bcause i never expect from one of the most famous brand in telecom industry AIRTEL. kindly that metter .
