Today I got massage from the number AD-54321 regarding deduction of rs.60 for some service games club. This was very surprising to see because i never requested for such service. MYSELF HARDEEP KALRA USING AIRTEL MOBILE NO. [protected]. MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED BY AD 54321 FOR USING AIRTEL TV, WHICH I NEVER USED. IT IS FOR THE FOURTH TIME THAT MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED. LAST TIME RS. 32 WERE DEDUCTED ON 06 JUNE,2011 AT 3PM. ALTHOUGH I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED WHEN RS 40 WERE DEDUCTED ON 27 APRIL,2011 AND RS 40 ON 20 APRIL, 2011 AND RS 15 ON 14 APRIL 2011.AFTER MY REPEATED REQUESTS THE DEDUCTIONS ARE MADE BY AIRTEL. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ?
