[Resolved] Airtel Gujarat — ISD message sending failed since 2 months | |
I am using Airtel prepaid sim card since last 1 year.From last 2 months i was in Qatar and whatever SMS i sent from qatar was delivered on my No [protected], but from here my wife can't reply to me.she call customer care so many times, Cheked message center no. which is also correct.Even Airtel customer Executive also unabel to solved this problem.They even don't know where is problem and they simply say it takes 15 days time.is it way to solve simple problem in fastest technology world?. my mobile no.[protected] and sim no.[protected] working effect from 22/7/08
i complain for missing my card to care office on dt.21/10/09 complain no.[protected] and again complain on dt.24/10/09 complain no.[protected] to block this number but your care office not a take action against this.still this card in working condition.
so sir requested to you as early as possible block this number. it is harmfull to any miss use.
after this complain your care center not take action.i will futher procuder for fir.
plese check on this number my details verification as my birhday my age where to i buy this card
