[Resolved] Airtel Haryana — Balance Refund | |||
Sir, My name is Abhimanyu Yadav i have a airtel haryana sim its no. is [protected].I want to recharge for internet, so i call on customer care 121 for recharge plan amt. detial. They tell me RS 149/- recharge for 2 GB internet ( Date & time :[protected], 07:00 PM ). So I recharge RS 149/- but i this recharge is wrong this recharge note give me 2 GB data. I get 1500 minutes local airtel to airtel, but i was not recharge for minutes. I do not use that minutes. I call 121 and 198 to complain about why they tell me 149/- recharge for 2 GB internet but they can not register my complain.They put my call on hold and disconnect .Now abort my 121 or198 calling.
