Following is my first email to Airtel stating the issue. Dated 27/12/11. Read below for reply.
Hi
I am an old, loyal, premium customer of Airtel Services for over 12
years. I have been using all 3 services(Triple play) - DTH, Broadband
and Mobile for sometime now, and all is to my complete satisfaction. I
am moving to a new address which is a newly constructed high rise
building (with about 9 stories - 160 premium flats) that has an
exclusive tie-up with Airtel for its internet broadband and DTH services
for entire premises (All the wirings are in-built). These two services
are being taken care of very well and are being activated very promptly
by the staff on duty. But due to some reason, Airtel mobile signal on
any floor is very weak and disappointing (notably Idea, Aircel and
Vodaphone customers have got good signals). We (the whole society) have
repeatedly requested for an Airtel mobile signal booster ( as most o[censored]s
are happy with the service operator and would not like to switch the
operator) but the concerned dealer is asking for an unfair guarantee of
atleast 50 new airtel activations before he processes the signal booster
request.
Please guide us on how best to tackle this situation. The complete

The similar complaint for filed by over 50 other residents of my society and everyone has the same unresolved query to tell. No resolution till date. Please tell me the best way to get a hearing on this appeal from Airtel.
