Airtel — Rejection of number port | |||
I have two numbers of airtel : [protected] and [protected]. I have requested to port out both numbers in idea. But airtel is rejecting my request on no basis. The reason they are giving me is CUG is activated on my numbers. These numbers are corporate connections and CUG is activated on both. They are also telling that i have an agreement with airtel. But i didn't signed anything and there is no agreement associated with my numbers. I talked to my company representative of AIRTEL and he told me on basis of CUG airtel can't reject your request. I have mailed to nodal officer as well but got no reply. Why airtel is bothering me on number porting. I want my number to port out anyhow. Look into this matter and accept the request. Airtel customer care is keep calling me and suggesting plans and they call me 3 times a day. It is very irritating and if airtel is not going to accept this port out request then i am not going to pay my bills and will stop the service on these numbers. Was this information helpful? | |||
