Airtel — heavy calling charges

Sir I have already made complaint about my cell no. [protected], still my problem is not solved. I have recharged my cell on 13/5/2012 with 39 rs for airtel to airtel 0.10 paisa calling scheme. but I have being charged 1.02 paisa and my maximum frinds having airtel. I have also did quiey in airtel customor services vide my complaint no. PR[protected] dtd 14/5/2012 and PR[protected] .dtd 16/5/2012. please solve my problem as early as possible.
