[Resolved]  Airtel — STD facility

Please go through the below mentioned mails.

With reference to our landline number: [protected] we need STD facility. Please unlock dynamic lock.

While we are trying to make STD call the automated reply says “to make STD calls unlock your dynamic lock”.

We are unhappy with the Airtel services since even after several requests the STD facility not activated and we are receiving false replies. Due to the customer care representatives irresponsible action and negligence we are forced to bring this issue to your notice.

From last 5 days I am continuously mailing and even through phone intimating
the same problem even though the problem still existed.

While we are trying to make STD calls the automated reply says ¿ the phone got
locked and we need to unlock¿ without having STD facility how could we lock our
phone line. If it has got automically locked please unlock from your end.
