Hi
I was using [protected] Airtel service since June 2007 to Dec 2010, in
the month of November 2010 I got extra charged Rs. 900 for a call which
actually I have not made, the next day itself I called customer care
center and complained about wrong billing and asked them to stop
services and I stopped using that number.
I said that I am ready to pay the remaining bill exept the dispute amount Rs. 900
They discussed regarding this for three months and they disconnected
after three months.
Now harassing for the payment of three months for which I have not used
and calling all my relatives and friends 24X7 and harrasing for payment
of Rs.3000 and sending messages to all my friends and relatives contact
numbers saying as I am fraud damaging my reputation.
Even they have my new contact number and address and im in contact, they are contacting all my clients, friends and relatives and saying bad words.
First thig who gave the authority to use my call history and use those contact number?
PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO PROCEDE LEAGALLY TO STOP THIS MENTAL HARASMENT AND HOW TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT.
