[Resolved] Airtel — I badly cheated and misguided by Airtel Agency | |||
Hello my airtel mobile account no. [protected] due to long out of station my phone was disconnected one a call from airtel and they say for outstanding payment, i given the payment of Rs. 5400/- and they mail me no due letter from mail id New.[protected]@in.airtel.com and they told me your phone will be start in three days but after 8 days our phone not start nor they replying my mail. i write to nodal officer delhi and send all the mail and other details but they also not replying me. now i called to customer are and given all update but they say, phone is disconnected. please help where i can approach. otherwise i will approach legal consumer forum and court.
