I have made the payment of my airtel mobile no +[protected] on 15 Oct 2013 of Rs 1499/- Txn id : HDFC14788811, I am tired calling airtel customer care on [protected] I am in roaming, no body is helping they keeping my calls on hold and they disconnected my calls many times I have already paid alot behind calling these guys but there is no help from them. They have promissed the waiver of all the late fees from the month of July to October but I have not received that as well. I am getting missed calls from [protected] its out calling department guys number. I spoke with Angel on 15 Oct 2013 but she didn't turned me to yet she said she will call me in 4 hrs but now 3 days are passed.
