User number [protected] ,this is the complaint about airtel unattended bad services of broadband . I logged on my broadbond not working complaint on 10th april 2012 for which technician was sent on 11th april who stole an electronic gadget from my home, for which i logged on complaint of theft on 11th april 2012 ,and i kept calling for services for broadband and theft recovery till 18th april 2012 from a non toll free number nearly 37 times in 6 days for which i did not got any response ,more over i lastly called on 18th april to fix up internet in 24 hours or terminate my services , but after 2 months airtel people are calling for the bill till the date 18th June . I am mentally humiliated i had good experience and respect for airtel as i was its user from past 5-6 years . But now would recommend people not to use its services , would hope to see local consumer authority for the misguidance and theft caused by airtel on me. -Nakul Was this information helpful? | |||

I'm using my current airtel prepaid simcard since two years , on 19th of march 2010 i sent MO to 56123 and got an sms reply '' dear customer your earlier request is in process please try after some '' i contact customer for a solution but didn't help i waited 10 days , the same reply again and again please help with this
