Airtel — Improper Behavior by Customer Service Rep | |||
I have an Airtel Fixed Line connection ([protected]_dsl) on which I was experiencing few technical problems since last few days. In attempt to resolve the issue I had called AirTel on Monday, 14th Oct, 2013 at around 11:30 pm. The call was attended by Syad khaizar Alam. At the inception of the call the agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was not ready to listen to the problem and kept interrupting while I was speaking. Further, while I requested for some one else to take the call I was kept on a long hold stating there is no floor supervisor available. Please confirm the genuinity of this statement. After addressing the problem and seeking an expedited solution the agent reverted that it is not possible and the engineer will report as per complaints lodged. Post the call I did not receive any service message. Following this I called AirTel customer service next day morning to learn that no complaint was registered. If no complaint was registered why was I committed that engineer will visit for issue resolution? And why was the complaint NOT REGISTERED? I want to register a complaint against the mentioned customer service agent on account of 1. Unprofessional and rude behaviour, 2.Failure to register a fault service request and 3.Giving false commitment. Was this information helpful? | |||
