Airtel — Incorrect Charges

Sir, this is to apprise that Airtel Customer Care is not responsive despite several calls and they even charge for the same. I have tried calling many times but they have not responded but amount has been deducted. The amount that is being charged for Rs. 1 per local call despite per second billing.

I am Sonal Arya from Pune. My mobile No. is [protected]. I feel Airtel is the worst company in telecommunication Industry. I have faced too many problems, one of which is still not resolved. I call to CCE everyday and they just say 'complaint has been forwarded and will get resolve in 24hrs'. My problem is I had recharged for 38rs on 31st Dec 08 and the scheme is local calls airtel to airtel will be 40ps/min and other mobiles 1rs/min. Its being 12 dys I am getting charge for 1rs/min airtel to airtel. I have to call them everyday to ask for refund, I get refund amount but how long I will be getting charged for 1rs/min. I am now realy very fed up and I need to meet the higher athority.

Please can anyone assist me regarding the above issue I would be very thankful.
Hi my name is Abhishek, and i have two Airtel nos([protected]; [protected]) both registered under my name (Abhishek S Jadhav) or under my father's name (Suresh K Jadhav). Out of the two nos, the no [protected] is used by my father and it is a prepaid no. I am complaining because my father does not use the phone much but his balance is getting deducted for the incoming messages for some service named "CRICKET NEWS". My father or I never activated the service.
I always do a recharge of Rs. 205 every month wherein i get the full talk time, but now a days that balance gets over within 2-3 days as i receive around 20 - 30 msgs from the same service every day. Fearing that i switched off my handset but the same thing happens once i switch the mobile on. I am using the other no ([protected]) and i am actually very happy with the services provided by Airtel as this no that i am using does not have any issues. Pls look into the matter at the earliest as i do not know how to switch off these premium services from the handset.
Hoping you will do the needful at the earliest.
i am getting charged for past 7 months for roaming, where as before leaving bangalore i confirmed with airtel associate and changed the plan to roaming and she confirmed me that i will not be charged incomming calls. this kind of service is so annoying. i need refund for the entire roming charges.
would prefer to get a solution regarding my issue
